Bugger, blowing stink, raining and we're sitting here. Rain is testing all leak points in the boat. BUT... Chris went up to town anyway to get propane for the gas grill and walked and walked. She did find a Walmart out of town and filled the cart but didn't figure in how she was going to get back with the goods so left it in the aisle and walked back. Two hours and two 18 oz tanks of gas for the grill. Bugger.
Didn't work much on the boat today but the gal at the marina gave me a ride to the beer store for provisions. 40 bucks for a case of 30 Bud. So this is how they pay for FREE healthcare. Sorry but a couple of days sitting without diesel fumes makes me crazy. We need to move...
So, I loaded in all the coordinates on all three GPS units for a straight shot across to Kilearny. I'll get up at 4 or 5am to check the weather. If it's not blowing stink and no lightening, we're outta here.
